We, Marita and Theo Zingg, are very pleased to welcome you on our website.
Bau & Sanierung GmbH, based in Saanenland, was founded in 1999 by the Construction Director Theo Zingg. With more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry,

the company has been present mainly in the very well-known region of Gstaad (Saanenland). A region which throughout the years has become one of the most beautiful ones in Switzerland, in terms of aesthetics and architecture. We are very proud to be part of this beautiful development.

Our company operates also in other markets in Switzerland, Germany and Italy, developing unique projects.

Our successful and complex projects have enabled us to develop a strong expertise and know-how in our team, putting us in a very competitive position in the market.
