6. Use of our portal

a. If you would like to use our portal, you must register by entering your e-mail address, a password of your choice and your freely selectable user name. There is no obligation to use a real name, pseudonymous use is possible. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for registration, i. H. e. We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. Your data will be deleted no later than three months after completion of the application process, unless you have agreed to longer storage in individual cases. This also applies if the applicant has previously been rejected. Excluded from this are identification and communication data (e.g. name, address, telephone number) and internal processing notes. These will be deleted after three years.
